These terms cover your use of roasapparel.com and anything you buy here. The store is run by ROAS Apparel ("we", "us"), 1969 Denver West Drive, Golden, CO 80401. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The jokes

Our products are parody and satire about marketing and agency life. Nothing on them is a claim about you, your company, your ad account or anyone's actual results. Any resemblance to a real agency invoice is, sadly, probably accurate but still a joke.

Orders

Every item is printed after you order it. When you check out you're making an offer to buy, and the order is accepted when it ships. We can cancel or refuse an order, for example if a price is listed wrong, an item can't be produced, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

If you need to cancel, contact us through our contact page as soon as you can. Once an order has gone to print, it usually can't be cancelled.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but the price you paid is the price you paid. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Product details

Colors on screen can look a bit different from the printed product, and small variations between prints are normal for print-on-demand. Size charts are on each product page. Please check them before ordering, since we can't take returns for the wrong size.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Using the site

Don't use the site for anything illegal, don't try to break it, scrape it at scale or get into parts of it you weren't given access to, and don't use it to send spam. We can suspend access for anyone who does.

Our stuff

The designs, words, logos and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. Buying a shirt gets you the shirt, not the rights to the design. Please don't reprint or resell our designs.

Your stuff

If you send us a review, a photo, an email or a suggestion, you're letting us use it to run and promote the store, for example by sharing a review on the site. We won't sell your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Third-party services

The site runs on Shopify, and our products are made and shipped by print partners. Links to other sites are there for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises beyond what's written in these terms and our policies, including any implied promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the site and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Before filing anything, email us and give us 30 days to try to sort it out.
