We Just Do Shit

The whole strategy fits on a shirt. So we put it on one.

Somewhere right now an agency is on slide 31 of a deck about a campaign that hasn't launched. There's a brand pyramid. There's a mood board, and it's beige. There's a "quick sync" on the calendar to discuss the next sync.

We think that's stupid. So we went the other way.

ROAS means return on ad spend. It's the only number a client ever asks about, and the only one that pays for anything. Try shit. Kill what doesn't work. Scale what does. Ship the ugly version, because the ugly version is the one that actually exists.

What we believe

  • Done beats a deck. Every time.
  • Your ad doesn't need a sixth round of revisions. It needs to run.
  • Booked calls beat vibes.
  • A tiny CAC is the only flex that matters.
  • Nobody reads the monthly report. Including the person who wrote it.

Who this stuff is for

Media buyers. Founders. Agency owners who still answer their own Slack at 11pm. Anyone who's ever typed "per my last email" and meant something much worse.

The Tiny CAC Club

This is its home. Membership costs one shirt and zero discovery calls. Read the house rules.

Everything here's printed when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing gets thrown out. Very efficient. Very low CAC.

Go buy something. Or don't. We're not your account manager.
