Tiny CAC Club

Members pay less. Per customer, anyway.

CAC is what it costs you to get a customer. Most people brag about their ad budget. Club members brag about how little they spent to get the sale. Different crowd.

House rules

  1. Booked calls beat vibes. If it didn't land on the calendar, it didn't happen.
  2. Launch before you're ready. You'll never be ready. Neither is anybody else.
  3. Kill it fast. An ad that's losing money doesn't get a second strategy meeting.
  4. Scale what works. Then shut up about it until it stops working.
  5. No 47-slide decks. If it doesn't fit on a shirt, it's too complicated.
  6. "Learning phase" isn't a personality. Neither is CTR.
